Missouri Attorney General’s Office 1999 – 2012
Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri and Unit Leader in the St. Louis Labor Division. Responsibilities include supervising between four and fourteen attorneys and staff, as well as handling a caseload of over 700 Second Injury Fund and CARO Workers’ Compensation Cases.
Job duties include training new attorneys, editing brief, authorizing settlements, reviewing settlement requests with the Treasurer’s Office, making settlement recommendations, writing and editing briefs, participating in mediations and hearings, presenting oral arguments at the LIRC, Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.
